A Cool Solution
A cup of coffee is really difficult to be resisted if they come from Coffee Beans. As a coffee lover, I love to drink the coffee when it is served hot with the strong aroma accompanied by the ‘smoke’ that comes out of the coffee.

Coffee contains large amount of caffeine. It is a suitable candidate to increase our consciousness as it stimulates the nervous system (neurostimulant). Thus we will be having difficulty to sleep and we can study the whole night peacefully. Problem solved. What?
Yes, coffee does prevent us from sleeping as it is one of the neurostimulant and related to ascending reticular activating system (ARAS) if I’m not mistaken. There is one more contributing factor in relation to nervous system.
Genitourinary system. Correct.
Caffeine also stimulate our bladder to empty its content. So, the frequency of going to the toilet increases which keeps us awake. So, do not take coffee before a very long journey if, you do not want to face troubles afterwards.
“You always go to the toilet. That’s why you cannot sleep…” said one of my Pharmacology’s lecturer.
One more thing, if you are taking coffee regularly everyday, then the effect would be less effective after so many times you drink it. This is from my experience only.
