Ending of final exam…finally..
Praise be to Allah as due to His Will, I just completed my final year mbbs exam last Friday. It was one of the nerve-wracking and heart-pounding battle I had ever faced. As the departure date to my hometown was near, I felt so excited to finish the exam..but I had to focus one more time and do the best.. Luckily I guess, I got the CNS case for longcase..patient is a male teenager, having history of convulsion 5 days after home delivery..now, he had mental retardation due to cerebral palsy..he is quite friendly and cooperative..fortunately I brought sweet and gave it to him.. It’s not that lucky to be given CNS case..majority of the students prefer not to take those cns-related case..coz it’s complicated and require more knowledge..but I consider it as a gift so that I know how to examine the patient in the future.. Seeing the patient makes me think that how fortunate I am to be born healthy without any congenital disorder..how lucky I am and you all the readers to be able to move here and there and live a pleasant life..we should be thankful of who we are now..able to breathe the air and have no problem of eating and drinking… Foru shortcase, we had to examine the newborn and present the positive findings. I felt so envy to see how peaceful the baby slept over and over again..haha..then, when it came to primitive reflex test, it seems difficult to disturb them and interrupt their dream..but I do love seeing them..how they move and cry when urinating or hungry..all of us were a baby once upon time.. I think I wanna end it here..wanna save the phone battery as I am on journey by the time I post this update..journey to where.? No..not journey to the west..it’s part of journey to the east..hehe.. Till we meet again readers…have a nice Sunday.. (“,) P/s: on the way to Mumbai airport..have to catch a flight @ 11.50pm tonight..I’m coming home!!
